Fundraising Administrative Assistant
SALARY: £11,712 (£15,971 full time equivalent)
LOCATION: St Kentigern Hospice, St Asaph
HOURS OF WORK: 27.5 hours per week
We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our hardworking and dynamic Fundraising team, could you fit the bill?!
You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic administrator who has excellent attention to detail, great time management skills and a passion for making a difference.
You will be supporting the busy hospice fundraising & lottery team with general administrative tasks, donation and data inputting and the stewardship of hospice supporters,
This is a key role within the department providing the successful candidate with varied and interesting workload.
Having a confident telephone manner is an essential element given the nature of the work the department undertake. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential, including word, outlook, excel. Experience of using CRM databases and cash handling would be an advantage, although full training and support can be given. The ability to liaise and help staff working at all levels within the Hospice is essential, as is the confidence to greet supporters. Could you make a real difference to the Hospice Fundraising team?
