PART TIME COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER – JOB SHARE (15 HRS)

We are looking for 2 self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic Community Fundraisers, one full time and one part, to join our high-achieving Fundraising team. You will be involved with a range of events, activities and campaigns, including, but not limited to; organising our annual Garden Party, golfing events, Dawn Walk and overseas challenges.
As a Fundraiser you will be a confident communicator and have a passion for people; building awareness and developing strong relationships with the community via a range of groups including; committees, schools, sports clubs, Rotaries, Masons and faith groups. You will be able to inspire these varied supporters to engage with us and raise funds for St Kentigern Hospice.
You will deliver an exceptional experience to our supporters to facilitate positive, long-term relationships and recurring fundraising activities. Our Fundraisers must have experience of marketing and promoting events or campaigns through a variety of methods, including social media.
You will have excellent organisational skills and must be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own time and several projects simultaneously. You will have solid IT skills; well versed in Microsoft Office and database experience.
You must have experience of managing budgets to ensure financial and key performance targets are met and potentially exceeded.
The flexibility to work antisocial hours is essential.
